汐止區大同路二段同時存在二條甚至三條水溝，市議員白珮茹就前住前關心施工狀況還有進度，也預計七月會完工。 圖／觀天下有線電視提供 分享 facebook 汐止區大同路二段同時存在二條甚至三條水溝，其中真的有水流的只有一條，一整排的假水溝放著積水還被亂上班族省錢大作戰省錢王丟垃圾，引起民怨，所以，市府也進行水溝整併工程，今(5)日市議員白珮茹就前住前關心施工狀況還有進度，也預計七月會完工，讓週邊環境更好。大同里長黃翠華說，因為，汐止大同路二段，十幾年前進行了拓寬工程，不過原有的水溝並沒有跟著移，所以，沿線甚至還出現三條水溝並存的怪現象，根本沒有作用的水溝也超人氣商品造成環境上的困擾，所以，希望這次改善工程可以解決。. } }); } 購買介紹市議員白珮茹表示，在大同里跟禮門里這一段三條水溝的狀況，這次工程將它整併為一條側溝，未來溝蓋也會路道路齊平，用新式的水溝蓋處理，未來路走起來也會更平坦好走，那網路熱銷特賣里長有在反應人行道的水溝還沒有接到側溝，那近期內市府養工處會改善，一併接到側溝，讓附近住家環境更好，因為，目前一到夏天水溝很臭，希望透過工程的改善，整體環境更好。
二手車「里程回春10萬km」 民控監理站APP遭改
買賣二手車，民眾看重的其中一項，就是里程數，但有民眾近來發現，自己賣出去的10年老車，里程數30萬，但同台車轉手上網賣之後，從監理站APP顯示里程數，竟然掉到20萬公里出頭。原來是因為監理站APP只能查最近兩次，有心人透過提早驗車，就能洗掉先前數據，讓車子返老還童，也成了有心人詐騙的手段。
投訴人蔡先生：「甚至它可以調成10萬，調成五萬(里程數)。」
談到朋友賣車過程，蔡先生好疑惑，二手車原本里程數破30萬，但沒想到經過轉手後，同台車里程數竟然回春，掉到21萬。
投訴人蔡先生：「你APP上面查他現在車子的里程，才發現說，欸，它的里程從30萬變20萬。」
蔡先生表示，自己朋友賣05年的車型，十年老車跑里程數30萬，賣出後上網發現車商轉賣這台車，但里程數竟然縮減至21萬，查證發現，老車半年一驗，監理站APP只能查最近兩次，若是下次定檢七月多，提前一個月驗車，六月多就可再次驗車，還可以洗掉第二次里程，等於六月之後，就看不到原來的里程數據。
其他受害車主張先生：「隔幾天以後過戶，里程數是變成從26萬，變成13、14萬，一眼看就知道那台車是我原本的。」
里程數縮減，可還不只一樁，有男性民眾表示，自己也是脫手十年車款，跑了26萬公里16萬賣出之後，一個月後去查監理站app卻變13萬，車行還在臉書賣場開價30萬，而且還註明是一手女用車，監理站表示，若要查詢更早之前里程，因為個資法保護，只能提供給警方單位使用。
北市監理站車管科科長何宗霖：「這個是屬於你的個資(車主)，跟警熱銷排行榜非逛不可察提出這個訴求，警察如果跟我們要，我們當然會提供。」
汽車達人龐德：「白痕越多里程數就越高。」
從座椅老舊刮痕，就能初步判斷車況，汽車達人表示，尤其是十年以上二手車，收購要注意，以方向盤為例，9萬多里程的皮革紋路清楚，超過15萬公里以上，皮革紋路已經磨到看不見，排檔桿9萬公里磨損率低，超過20萬公里，則幾乎是半面磨損。
汽車達龐德：「民眾還是第一線在現場的時候，做一些自己的判斷，因為現在呢，在這個調里程數，這個技術上，太容易太容易了。」
二手車買賣爭議多，專家建議一年里程數平均約1.5萬，若十年老車里程數過低，就得多留分心，免得買到「返老還童車」，價差吃虧不打僅，安全保障也打了折扣。
